Deborah Ann Segars, age 68, La Cygne, Kansas passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was born on February 29, 1956 in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania the daughter of Clarence J and Sarah Butterworth Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James D. Segars on July 24, 2017. Deborah is survived by her sons, Rodney Fultz, and Clarence Fultz Sr., friend, John Peters, and three grandson, Matthew A. Fultz, Clarence P. Fultz, and Patrick J. Fultz.
Graveside funeral service will be 2:30 pm Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Brooklyn Cemetery near La Cygne, Kansas. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project. Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
