Debra Smith

Debra Jean Smith, 60, of Fulton, Kansas died at 2:40 pm on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Medicalodges of Frontenac, Frontenac, Kansas after a long battle with her health.  Debra was born April 6, 1959 in Kansas City, KS to John and Norma Hansel.  Survivors include her husband, James L. Smith, Jr.; one daughter, Eva Bette; and one grandson.
