Dennis Carter, age 64, a resident of Parker, Kansas and formerly of Gardner, Kansas passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at his home. He was born on September 15, 1952 the son of Harold and Viola Hulett Carter in Brookfield, Missouri. They preceded him in death. There will be a graveside memorial service at 10 am, Friday, June 2, 2017 at the Woodland Cemetery in Mound City, Kansas. Arrangements: Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory Pleasanton Chapel.
