Donna Mcqueen

Donna Lea McQueen, age 68, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 3, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Kenneth Martin and Wilma Bowdre. She was raised by George Nelson and Wilma. She married Donald McQueen on November 9, 1961. She worked at Paul''s Drive Inn for over forty years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Donald Dean McQueen, Jr. She is survived by her husband Donald, two daughters, Sue Meyer and Lora Ralle, two brothers, George and Mark Nelson, five sisters: Mary Smith, Kathy Henre, Georganna Romera, Nancy Nelson, and Cherl Swift, ten grand and eleven great grand children. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2015 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Burial will be in the Pleasanton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Pleasanton Chapel. The family suggests contributions to a charity of choice.
