Doris Norton

Doris Norton age 89 of Prairie Home, Arkansas formerly of LaCygne, Kansas died Wednesday May 3, 2006 at Medi-Home Nursing Home in Prairie Home. She was born December 6, 1916 at LaCygne the daughter of Elias Lee and Lena Nicholas Lee. She married James D. Norton on December 24, 1934 and to this union three children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, James in 1982, a daughter, Susan Perkins, and a granddaughter, Tracy Norton. She is survived by her son James C. Norton of Colorado, a daughter Linda Thomas of Arkansas, 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren. Memorial service will be 11AM Friday May 19, 2006 at the Coffel-Schneider Funeral Home in LaCygne, Kansas. Inurnment will be in the Oak Lawn Cemetery.
