Henrietta Cooksey

Henrietta "Penny" Cooksey, age 81, LaCygne, Kansas passed away on Friday October 23, 2013. She was born on June 10, 1932 in Lyons County, Kansas the daughter of Thomas Jefferson and Mary Alice Anderson Smith. She worked as a travel agent. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Betty, a brother, Sonny Smith, five sisters: Betty Sealock, Jean Cox, Martha Parks, Carol Smith, and Peg Armentrout. She is survived by two sons, Bruce and Mike Lindquist, two daughters, Ann Sucow and Joy Higgins, one brother, Bob Smith. three sisters: Nancy Craig, Joan Pfannenstel, and Pat Hains, and several grand children. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday October 30, 2013 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, LaCygne Chapel. Visitation 10 AM to service time. Burial in the Pleasanton Cemetery.
