Karen Kay (Stuffings) Ahlemann of Overland Park, KS, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2018 at the age of 77. Born in Pleasanton, Kansas, she was preceded in death by her parents, Manford and Lula (Cantwell) Stuffings, and her older brother Merlyn Stuffings. She is survived by Fred Ahlemann, her husband of 34 years; her sister Virginia Kohl of Overland Park; her daughter Verna (Collins) McMullin, son-in-law Chris McMullin and grandchildren Lanie and R.C. McMullin, all of Olathe, KS. She leaves many cousins, nephews, and nieces. Karen retired from Metcalf State Bank in Overland Park after a 41 year career. She had many cherished friends. Visitation will be Sunday, September 23, 2018 3-5 p.m. at Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS. Graveside service will be Monday, September 24, 2:00 p.m. at Littell Cemetery outside Pleasanton, KS.
