Lois Harrison

Lois Keating Harrison, age 89, Mound City, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. She was born on October 23, 1928 at Iola, Kansas the daughter of Lester and Zelma Davidson Casteel. She graduated from Mound City High School. She married Thomas Keating. To this union, three sons were born. He preceded her in death. She later married Bud Harrison who also preceded her in death. Lois worked as a beautician. Lois enjoyed playing golf and was a talented painter. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Max Casteel and Vance Hyson. Lois is survived by three sons: Edward and Debbie, Jerry and Pam and David and Dawn, a sister, Judy Tervin, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mound City, Kansas. Visitation will be held from 10 to 10:45 am Saturday at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel. The family suggests contributions to Concern Inc.
