Margaret Herndon

Margaret H. Herndon, 94, of Pleasanton, Kansas, died Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at the Residencies of Pleasanton. She was born November 27, 1910 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Ursula Balchunas Kadzwick. Prior to her retirement, she was the social secretary at the Illinois Governor's mansion. Preceding her in death were one brother and two sisters. She is survived by one son, Alfred J. Kolom of Overland Park, Kansas; one daughter, Margo H. Dusberger & husband, Roger of Hinsdale, Illinois and three grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:45 AM, Monday, October 10, 2005 at St. John of the Cross, Western Springs, Illinois. Interment will be in St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois.
