Robert Ruiz

Robert, "Bobby" Aguilera Ruiz, age 62, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at his home in Pleasanton. He was born on January 11, 1955 at Kansas City, Missouri the son of Santo Macias and Josephine Aguilera Ruiz. He worked as a nuclear medical technician at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He married his long time companion Carol Sue Sutton on February 14, 2017. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Santos. He is survived by his wife, Carol, two daughters, Rebecca Marquez and Christy Rodriguez, two step sons, Jeff Fawcette and Brian Lewis, a step daughter, Kristen Staton; three brothers: Santos Jr, Bernie and Richard Ruiz; a sister, Stella Ruiz, sixteen grand and seven great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1 pm Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11 am to service time at the chapel.
