Roger Scott

Roger E. Scott, La Cygne, Kansas passed away November 23, 2017 in Olathe, Kansas. Roger was born March 12, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Raymond and Mary Barnett Scott. Roger was proud to be a Boilermaker and was a member of Local 83. He had also belonged to the Teamsters and Laborers Unions. He enjoyed taking care of the farm, duck lake and ponds. He spent hours mowing which he loved to do. Roger was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Marshall Scott. He is survived by his wife Betty and step children Nikki Rhynerson and Dusty Moore, brother Raymond Scott and wife Dianna, two sisters Lonnie Reynolds and Loreta Blair many other extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday December 3, 2017 from 1 to 3 pm at the La Cygne Community Building. Please plan to bring a covered dish as a meal and fellowship will be part of the celebration. The family suggests contributions to Grady''s Kids.
