Romalea Miller, age 90, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at The Residencies of Pleasanton. She was born on August 17, 1928 in Miami County, Kansas the daughter of Glenn and Alice Mills Good. She graduated from Amsterdam, Missouri High School. On April 4, 1948 she was united in marriage to Daune Miller. Together, they ran a dairy farm. She also worked at Bass Buster, Braemoor Sewing Factory and finished her work career at the Linn County Bank. Romalea was a member of the Pleasanton United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She and Daune enjoyed square dancing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daune on December 24, 2013, her parents, a grandson, Brian, a brother E.J. Good, and two sisters; Betty Lehar and Frances Teagarden. Romalea is survived by two sons; Richard Miller and wife Karon, and Stephen Miller and wife Connie; a daughter Debra Cobb and husband Mike; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Pleasanton United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Trading Post Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to service time at the Church. Contributions are suggested to Pleasanton United Methodist Church. Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
