Sherry Willingham

Sherry Ann Willingham, age 63, La Cygne, Kansas passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Olathe Hospice House. She was born on June 18, 1955 at the family home in La Cygne, Kansas the daughter of William Donald and Norma Jean Calvin Floyd. She graduated from Prairie View High School in the Class of 1973. Sherry worked at both Mangold''s and Stub''ss Markets. She later worked as a floral designer for Prairie Accents. She was united in marriage to James "Willie" Willingham on July 31, 1982 in La Cygne. She enjoyed working with flowers, crafting and drinking vanilla cokes from Sonic. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Floyd and Norma Querry, and a brother, Perry Scott. Sherry is survived by her husband, James "Willie", a son, Craig Tennis and wife Jenny, three daughters: Stephanie Seuferling and husband, John, Stephanie Willingham, and Jaimie Morrison; three brothers: Donald C. Floyd, Scott Querry, and Chad Querry; and seven grandchildren: Blake, Haley, Kylie, Caeden, Hope, Alicia and Tanner. A visitation to celebrate Sherry''s life will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, La Cygne Chapel.
