SHYLEE MARIE SMITH Shylee Marie Smith, infant daughter of Jay Smith and Theresa Fields, died July 3rd, 2006 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, Jay Smith & Theresa Fields, both of Centerville, Kansas; two brothers, Dustin Wykert and Codi Fields; paternal grandparents, Jerry & Shirley Smith of Centerville, Kansas; maternal grandparents, Judy Sears of Osborne, Missouri and James Melton of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; paternal great grandparents, Winfred & Henrietta Lawrence, maternal great grandparents, Claude & Marguerite Melton and James & Jaunita O'Dell. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 8, 2006 at the Shaler Cemetery, Westline, Missouri. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, Friday at the Coffel-Schneider Chapel, Pleasanton, KS. Contributions are suggested to the family c/o the funeral home.
