Terry Nash

Terry Joe Nash, age 40, Fontana, Kansas passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017. He was born on January 24, 1977 at Paola, Kansas the son of George and Mary Major Nash. He graduated from Prairie View High School in the Class of 1995. He then attended Fort Scott Community College. Terry enjoyed all things outdoors. He collected rocks, hunted mushrooms and deer sheds, and fished. He also enjoyed playing poker. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Denise Nash, a niece, Keana Querry, and two nephews, Nathan Nash and Scott Nash. Terry is survived by four brothers: Keith, David, Jackie, and Jeremy Nash, five sisters: Brenda Day, Marie Nash, Alice Warren, Kathy Querry and Amanda Nash, and nieces and nephews that he considered his own children, and his dog Rosie. Funeral service will be held at 10 am Tuesday December 5, 2017 at the Schneider Funeral Home, La Cygne Chapel Burial will be in the Brooklyn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Monday December 4, at the La Cygne Chapel. The family suggests contributions to help defray funeral expenses.
