Thomas Maxwell

Thomas Anthony Maxwell, age 70, of Pleasanton, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He was born on November 28, 1946 the son of Leonard and Mary Alice Graeve Maxwell in Kansas City, Kansas. Tom lived in Kansas City, Kansas area until moving to Pleasanton in 1999. Tom was a member of the Teamsters Local 41. He worked as a truck driver for Zarda and later Roberts Dairy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia and his parents. He is survived by four sons, Dale, Tommy, Patrick and Sean Maxwell, two daughters, Krystal Maxwell and Alice Maxwell, two brothers, Michael and Jim, two sisters, Ann Fenton and Karen Long and seven grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1:30pm, Monday, September 25 at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, Kansas. Visitation will be held at 10:00 to 11:30 am, Monday, September 25 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel. Contributions may be made to Care to Share.
