Andrew Shea

Andrew “Andy” Richardson Shea, age 53, of Linn Valley, Kansas, passed away at his home on Friday,
December 18, 2020 of a sudden heart attack. Andy was born December 8, 1967 in High Point, North
Carolina. Son of Mr. Jerry and Ms. Joan Richardson Shea, Andy was a passionate and successful
entrepreneur. He founded two business that served the Kansas and local Linn Valley community, Pro
Coat Painting and Building Restoration and Valley Supply General Store. Andy was a person – “who
never met a stranger”. He was a community centered soul and lending a hand to anyone - anytime was
his duty, not just a favor. He conceptualized and built Linn Valley Veterans Memorial Park, which honors
local and national military veterans. He provided devoted service to Linn Valley residents with his store,
Valley Supply and Rental. Andy loved professional baseball and football. Andy was preceded in death by
his father. Andy is survived by his mother, sister Martha Thompson, brother David and his wife Rena,
Stepson Joe Wolfe, his wife Crystal and their daughter Kamera, his daughter Mary Hammond and two
grandchildren Anzleigh and Cooper.

A gathering to honor Andy's life will be held at a later date.  Donations can be made for
