Loretta Brown

Loretta Mae "Sis" Brown, age 79, Pleasanton, Kansas passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023.  She was born January 17, 1944 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Homer and Vivian Walters Myers.  She was united in marriage to Tom Brown on January 16, 1962.  He preceded her in death on October 25, 2010.  She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Homer Myers.  Sis was a Baptist by faith.  She liked to fish, puzzle books, and country and western shows and music.  She also liked to eat a good steak.  Sis is survived by her two daughters, Sandy Scott and husband, Michael, and Beverly Scott and husband Steve, a brother, Larry Myers, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral service will be 2 pm Friday, May 12 at the Green Valley Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel from 1 pm to departure for the cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
